TERMS OF SERVICE
When beginning any retainer agreement or short term graphic design service, you may be asked to sign a contract. Below outlines some of the general terms of the contract and additional frequently asked questions.

HOW ARE PROJECTS DELIVERED?
All graphic design projects are digital and therefore created and completed online and through digital applications. All completed deliverables are sent via e-mail or file hosting service like Dropbox or WeTransfer.

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO GET IN TOUCH?

Communication is primarily done through e-mail at this time. You can also fill out the contact form here or send a message through Etsy. I respond to all e-mails within 24 hours, not including the weekends. I find its the best way for both parties to keep track of design requirements, requests, and potential changes to the design as we will both have the same information to refer back to.
Regular work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (EST), with the exception of holidays.

WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT RATE AND WHAT PAYMENT TYPES ARE ACCEPTED?

All orders are accepted using PayPal, Venmo, or Credit Card. I currently set prices at a flat rate for à la carte orders, or as a package price for larger projects based on a $35/hr rate.

All projects must be paid in advance of project start. Orders exceeding $1,000 USD can be split into a 50/50 payment plan as needed (50% at the start, and 50% upon completion).

All orders are cancelled if I do not receive communication from the client for 45 days and the project cannot be completed.

WHO OWNS THE FINISHED WORK?

Upon completion of the project, the client will own the finished graphic design files as outlined in any agreements made between myself and the client. (Any third party purchased creative materials used in those designs must follow their respective licenses). The client has the right to use the finished graphic design for its intended purposes, or any other possible uses as outlined by the designer, but agrees not to resell the finished work to a third party.

While the client’s graphic design deliverables will be customized to the client’s specifications, the client recognizes that graphic designs can generally have a common structure and basis. The designer continues to own any and all template or digital designs (such as vector art, icons, etc.) it may have created prior to this agreement. The designer will further own any template or digital designs it may create as a result of this Agreement unless otherwise specified to be custom to the Client’s brand only.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

During the course of any agreement, it may be necessary for the client to share proprietary information, including trade secrets, industry knowledge, and other confidential information, to the designer in order for designer to complete the graphic design services and deliverables in their final form. The designer will not share any of this proprietary information at any time. The designer also will not use any of this proprietary information for her personal benefit at any time.
Your personal or business information, outside of project materials used for my portfolio and/or advertising, will never be shared with a third party without your express permission. No payment or personal information will be stored or shared here or on a third party website, except in the case of invoices when paying through Etsy, PayPal, or other site where purchases are made.

CREDIT & PRESS
Running With Foxes requests that the client credit, in the form of providing the name of the designer, on any press or coverage regarding the design or creative aspects of the Client’s project.

The designer reserves the right to showcase any completed work carried out for the client on portfolios, portfolio websites, digital and print publications, and social media. Running With Foxes reserves the right to use both initial creative concepts and drafts and final approved design work for the purposes of marketing activities (both online and offline) unless otherwise requested and agreed to with the Client.
